Really professional panel beaters. Job is always done well to appease customers. They are not hasty they are precise. They also dispense clean water and magazines/TV whilst you wait. Friendly staff. Also your car is handed to you spick and span.

I must say service wise they were great, when we arrived there I felt immediately that there is hope for my broken car to look great again! BUT unfortunately after we accepted a quote from them and was ordering the parts, they made a mistake and its almost double the original amount and that was also After we decided its cheaper to pay self and skip an insurance claim.( NOW we cant claim!) The only thing they said... Sorry for the inconvenience..." Not happy at all! :("

Unfortunately I will never recommend Worcester Bakwerke to anyone. To start with they quote for work you didn't ask for. Secondly... they even completed work you didn't ask for, and in my case..there was a new bump under one window...they claim it is not a bump. They installed a new side mirror that rattles while driving. They are full of excuses. Gives the opinion that the customer knows nothing and is inexperienced. Especially women.3 weeks later:. Wow!!! The so-called brand new mirror fell apart. One star is definitely too much!!

Their service is very poor I wouldn't even recommend people to use it or maybe they have preference when it comes to their customers. Our car has been with them since december 2022 and still we have not received it yet instead it's excuses after another they are not trustworthy. I just hope it comes back in one piece

Very neat & tidy premises. High quality workmanship. Friendly, professional & helpful staff. Speedy repayment of deposit balance after rental vehicle's use.Continues communication regarding my vehicle's repair process could have been a bit better, but overall a pleasant experience.Thank you Worcester Bakwerke!

Can definitely recommend. Had a very pleasant experience with the initial quote. Professional service throughout and fast correspondence with my insurance. Stunning job. Hope I don't HAVE to return quickly, but I would go here first if I need body work for any of my vehicles again.
