If I could give a rating lower that one star then I would do so. I am at a loss for words at how I was treated when trying to do a simple thing as to purchase some handles. I took the neccesary steps,1. Called about a week beforehand to ask if they do sell the product I am looking for, yes ✔️2. Enquire about the price and stock availability. Price was given and was told that stock is available ✔️3. Call today to make sure they are open and they have stock on hand, was told yes for both points. ✔️4. Proceed to travel all the way to Germinston to purchase said handles. ✖️That’s where things got tricky, was first told by the lady at the front desk, whom I had spoken with the week before and the same morning, that she was going to the back to fetch the handles I requested. She comes back with another gentleman, her manager I am assuming, he goes to tell me that they don’t sell handles as each pair is matched to a specific door, I then proceeded to ask as to why then was I told that they do in fact sell handles and why I was told over the phone that very same morning, actually not even that, and hour and a half ago that I was told such nonsense.I have a suspect feeling that because I work for another company selling doors, that I was refused service. That is unprofessional to say the least.I am going to leave this at that, people who take the time to read this, can make up their own minds.I would like to thank you for responding to my post, I wouldn’t like to go into the details regarding the reason for my purchase, a customer is a customer, regardless of which company I represent. The reason we don’t have spares, is because we don’t keep the same stock. Was for a previous client of ours that requested them. Thank you again for your response.

Went for a quiet and never got any answering back from owner, they have nice doors in there showroom to choose from.

The location is not very safe
