Was 5 times there couldn't help with case sent you around for docuts to court,other times lawyer that you must help is not there ,they give you appointment then you must turn around there is no lawyer,seems like they don't want to help you but don't want to say it.Hope if I need them in future the system had improved.

Had a bad experience with member Udine at the George branch. Very unfriendly, in a hurry to get rid of me and rolled her eyes when i didn't answer to her satisfaction. However when i called the call center the lady who assisted me telephonically, i forgot her name, please check on your system. She was very helpful and friendly and listened to my needs and advised me accordingly.
