I was in the self medication queue with 3 people in front of me. It took 45 minutes to get to the front of the queue. Super slow service.

Worst service ever, pharmacy manager Sharon Radebe just appalling service all round, drive 3 min further to Woodbridge before you go hereI will not go there again!!!!!!!!!

The Dispensary/Self medication section has the WORST sense of time, speed and service. Staff are dragging their feet. Couldn't be bothered with assisting customers in time.I dont know how Clicks is still going when you can goto a Dischem and see a queue of 20+ people being served in 5+- at a time!I will never support them again.

Terrible manager Janalie, in my opinion and experience ,if you not white don’t expect understanding or support! The pharmacy has a bunch of misfits who CANNOT do their jobs properly and accept no accountability for their wrongdoing!Its all about the money clicks! Another client gone, money grabbers don’t have a place in my life!

Clicks Dispensary. I don't know who your new young Pharmacist is but the Customer Service is shocking. You don't just look at a client NOT answer my question and turn your back and walk off...........Very rude and arrogant. We have been clients with you for years.

Went to the pharmacy for a script the lady took my script and tapped her nails on the counter looking at me not asking for anything else when I asked her what the problem was she asked if I wanted to be assisted by someone else after I asked her to attend to my script I will NEVER go back there again very unprofessional to say the least very very rude

Pharmisist took his time collecting 2 items. Clicks also out of stock with items on the list like callpol. They told me that some of my chronic needs to be renewed and some do not. All my chronic is scheduled exactlty so if one needs to be renewed then naturally all need to be renewed. Evwrytime I get the same pharmisist, things go wrong or take too long
