Shinnel Beauty & Nail Studio

I've been to Shinnel beauty & nail studio twice. The first time I had a new acrylic set done. I was happy with the set overall. The one nail was not shaped properly but you really had to be staring at them to notice. So if you're finicky that could be an issue.The second time I went for a soak off. My appointment was at 13:15 and I had to wait half an hour to be attended to. When I spoke to the nail tech about having to wait even though, I had made an appointment, I didn't even get an apology just attitude and told that the owner handles appointments. Really unprofessional and this is the sort of thing that really puts you off of going to a place for a service.The salon itself needs maintenance. It's a bit run down. The towels were old and worn and the chair was uncomfortable. The price points are affordable though.

The place is easy to find and the lady that did my nails was amazing. I just did not like the design on my nails but I will be going for a refill I will share this with her.
