I entered a store, that was very clean. Layout was a bit confusing with large walkways and open spaces. Perfect for when the crows come in. Problem is, I was alone in the store. I couldn't find 45up sheets. I looked for assistance but gave up after 10min of silence and no staff in sight. Dead silence. A perfect spot for freeloaders and thieves. After a minute out of nowhere ladies where rowdy about someones at which point elevated voices called out a name as apparently his food has been prepared and is ready for consumption. I left for the tills with 65up sheets. Not something I wanted but I was in a bit of a deadline. I stood in the queue. Actually, I was the only client. So I was first in line. With the chatter of the employees continuing about the persons food, no one was in a hurry to assist the only visitor. This was at 11 Am.Bidvest, I feel sorry for your loss on this store. With no drive to assist someone when there is only one client in store. I know I just wanted 1 item however I actually needed a full box supply of 45up sheets. I would rather go to another store in the future.I do understand that we are all human and jokes, fun times and a social environment is just a healthy and natural space and event at work. But at-least, if you lack walk in clients, pay attention and assist them when they do walk in. You never know when you lose a big deal because of too little too late attention.Good luck for the future. Pay attention to the clients with a smile.

Excellent customer service. There's 2 gentleman's there Who are always available to assist. They will always take your stationery list and get everything you need, Come back and double check all items with you. For me that's the great customer service I've never experienced before. You don't need to run around the whole store. Love it

Very clean with easy access all around.

Didnt have all the stuff we needed. Also we had to ask for certain stuff like pens in bulk containers/boxes and not one by one. A Stationary and office supply store should have the options for buying bulk or single items.

I called yesterday to ask if I could place an order on line and collect today, or if I could buy directly from the store. The lady said I could get the stationery at the store and they would be happy to assist. I got to the store today, and found a lady who was absolutely unbothered and frankly didn’t want to assist. I asked if there was a printed list which we could use to pick up the stationery, and she checked and said no. However, she kept walking around and we had to follow her to get an answers. I then asked if I could email her the list, then she again walked without giving an answer, then she made a call to someone, then said yes I could email the list. She then just gave the email address, in a hurry, to which I asked if she could write it down to avoid errors. Even so, I still had to confirm the email address as she used capital letters, where it should be small cases. I sent the email and she said their email take time, to which I asked if we could use my phone instead. That’s when she told that she won’t be able to assist picking the items as she is at the till, and there was only one person on the floor and at the time he was busy with another client. It’s important to note there were only 2 clients in the store at this point, myself and one client who was already getting assistance. She was too happy to give details of other stores which I could go to. Disappointed at the service or should I say no service provided
