Very disappointed with service.Unfriendly staff, waited almost 10 minutes before order was taken, they can't even speak clearly wail taking order, assisting us as if they don't really want to assist. Staff talking about us while we wait for our order

The food was below standard, honestly I had better at other McDonald's, they even neglected to put salt on the chips and the burgers were extremely dry. Service is very poor. We waited in store for nearly 30 min to get our order, staff became rude and ignored us when we tried to follow up on our order. The store was very dirty, tables weren't cleaned and the caution wet floor" signs were placed everywhere but no one was cleaning the floors. Will not be visiting this store again."

Ordered a sausage mc Muffin with egg with a Latte!! Received a disappointing boerie something, very disappointed. Wanted to call them but no number on google!! Not nice!

The food is perfectly fine, but you wait a lifetime to receive your order - no matter the time of day, or whether your order is a whole meal for your family or just one coffee and a muffin, you will wait forever. We once ordered coffees for the office, so around eight cappuccinos, and we waited 45mins. Yoh people really?

Ehm. I bought a meal this morning. Only to find out later that the drink has white things floating in it. It was a stoney. I don’t know if it becomes like this after an hour. Lucky me, I couldn’t find my straw so I wanted to drink straight from the cup, only to find weird white things floating.

On arrival there was staff sitting at the table as you walk in however we had to collect our meal at the counter as no one was assisting us. We were the only dine in customers in the restaurant. It was so unpleasant as staff shouted to one another from kitchen to front of house the entire time and instead of having a quiet and peaceful dinner it was noisy and disrespectful. On leaving we walked past several staff and not one greeted us goodbye. One staff member was on the phone the entire time we were in the restaurant and ignored customers walking in right past her. Shocking, noisy and unpleasant.

I had a Mcfeast regular meal. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a good burger in my life and the chips were so so fresh! This meal really was amazing and if I say we spent 5 minutes in the drive through then it’s a lot. Very quick and friendly service and probably the best McDonald’s meal I’ve ever had in my life

Waited for almost an hour. People that came after us got their food before us. Very clean, great and friendly atmosphere, but the service was unbearable.
