Lady answering the phone will not provide her name. Will not provide the General Manager's name. Will not put one through to the General Manager. This is disgusting. Will never do business here again. You have lost a client. This rating would be a zero if possible. Disgusting service.

UPS Technologies are incredibly friendly and very helpful regardless of whether you bring a small PC battery or a diesel powered battery bank.If your IT needs constant power, these are the guys to contact. (Especially with Eskom up to their usual nonsense)Their not the cheapest but quality always comes at a price.
