I have an olive farm in cape winelands, that needs your supply to be quality and fast. It was my first time ordering from Future Tool and found them to go the extra mile and understand the urgency- even when the goods were sold out from their supplier they got it from another source to ensure speedy delivery. They skipped the courier and brought it themselves - I can definitely recommend them as I don’t often give 5 stars

Delivery on my goods were faster than expected since it showed that not everything I ordered was in stock. I was pleasantly surprised with the discount for the in stock" items. Since I'm environmentally conscious I appreciated the fact that the various items I ordered were packed securely in a single box that was not oversized. Oversized packaging is both a waste of material and space

Although they have some tools priced right I mostly shop around for prices. The service is always pleasant and helpful. It is one of two businesses in the group. The other is Future Light where lighting products are sold. No fong products and a huge range for the DIY person. And they deliver.
