Great prices and friendly staff

Although this happened at Gas and Sport it can happen anywhere. I bought a pair of shoes and went to return 2 hours later. The cashier said she would do a card refund. I signed the paper, went on my way and waited for the money to reflect in my account. A month later I checked my statement and saw the money had not come in. I went back to Gas and Sport and the manager said they only do cash refunds! Unfortunately there was nothing to he could do as I signed the slip saying cash refund (my fault, lesson learnt, always read the fine print of what you signing and don't trust what the cashier is telling you). I do think Gas and Sport could have handled the situation a better. Anyway I lost out on the money but learnt a lesson. Hope you did to reading this.
