Word to the wise. Having 3 people sit by the desk showing each other photos or whatever on the phone isn't going to win you any customers. I'd rather buy online somewhere else.

Upset. I went there thinking the guys would be able to replace my laptop charger. They made me bring my laptop there and gave me a charger that matched". Now I need to replace my battery and buy a new charger because they sold me something with the wrong current rating and has completely messed up my laptop that now cannot run if there's no power."

Took out laptop in to fix a simple issue. Got the laptop back and it is in an even worse state. The consultant then told us that he doesn't actually know how the laptop works. Why say you can fix it if you've never worked on it before? Very disappointed.

I would give this computer store no star if I could! Took 2 weeks to order a start button for my laptop eventually I had to collect it and take it to another computer shop CRS computer services who ordered the button and fixed it within 2 days!!!!! Never go near Matrix in ballito junction you will get your computer back in a worse state than when you dropped it off !
