I write all my exams at jumping bean and have been on a couple of their linux courses! Mark is an amazing trainer!!

The testing station is clean, thats the best I can say. Seacom was down a day, didnt call me to let me know I cant write my test, then assumed I knew everything at the testing station, friendliest person even on the phone was the quiet receptionist that I struggled to hear, but she was helpful enough when I made clear I had not used the testing station before, calling in, yeah, dont, rather email. Wont test there again by choice

My girlfriend made a booking to go write a Microsoft exam with Jumping Bean on a Monday. She took a day's leave at work, but when she arrived at their Johannesburg offices, she was told their system is offline. Turns out their system has been offline since the previous Thursday and they couldn't be bothered to inform her not to come in until the system is back online. Pathetic if you ask me.

They didn't have the decency to let me know the course was canceled till I got to their door... Drove all the way from Springs to Randburg for nothing!In your response you say it was the third party but the third party and the apology letter you sent me claim otherwise. I found a different Vendor that provides the same services and I will be attending there, thanks but no thanks for the discount...

The quality of their training was atrocious to say the least. The trainer kept Googling how to do things in Python, did not present the topics in a logical order, jumped from one topic to another and clearly had not prepared for the training. On the last day of training, he blamed his computer and various websites for not being able to do exercises he had drawn up on the fly.After the evaluations were submitted, suddenly the students were blamed for all his failures. What a disgusting attitude. I was not going to write this review until they decided to blame their students for the trainer's failure and to tell half truths. A better approach would have been for them to have dealt with the feedback constructively to ensure that any future students receive the training they they deserve.

They didn't tell me that they had system issues, I took a day's leave and drove all the way from Midrand just to be told I can't write my exam because the system wasn't working as expected. I'm so upset, a notification email or SMS would've be considerate. This seems to happen a lot because I similar reviews. Please look into this problem as it seems to be reoccurring

Very friendly organisation, the people are helpful and professional. I had a great experience and there were no hiccups signing-in, commencing with the exam and signing out. Awesome testing centre.

Mark brings wealth of experience to training classes. Friendly staff. Feels like a family taking care of your educational training. Most of their systems run on Linux. Mark taught one of my colleagues her open source skills many years ago. Going through LPIC-1 bootcamp this week.
