Worst restaurant to order fromFirstly the owner should get his whole team fired they lack customer service I stood there for 5 minutes or more and no one attended to take my order eventually I walked out. The main reason why no one took my order is because they were busy talking and eating(the employees)Wish there was a zero rating

If I could rate this 'establisment' zero stars I certainly would.An order was placed at 19:46 and arrived almost 2 hours later, it was short of 20 minutes from being 2 hours late.The call Centre was offline. The people at the restaurant were not responding to the calls we placed for the query we had regarding where the heck our food was.Upon arrival the quality promise sticker was missing from the box and each of the pizzas had really hard cheese on it and we're extremely cold. From one of the pizzas delivered a piece was missing off the side like it either fell or was trimmed off.I did not appreciate the sub par quality of food that was delivered to us we did however appreciate the fact that a refund was sent which was short of R9.80.The food which was delivered was honestly food which anyone should not pay for any way.EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE QUALITY OF FOOD OFFERED AND DELIVERED TO US BY DEBONAIRS RAISETHORPE. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND PATHETIC!!!!!

Bought a chicken real deal pizza , and the pizza had a bite taken from it. Some one took a bite and put it in the box . Absolutely pathetic...., disgusting

Absolutely pathetic. I ordered and PAID online at 19:50. By 20:54 my order was not delivered and the tracking option online suddenly unavailable".I then called the store to follow up on my order which I have already PAID for and was adviced that they are busy but my order will still be delivered to me.22:45 and my order has NOT been delivered but my money which is over R200 has just been taken.Had the exact same incident with this particular Debonairs store around 2 years back whereby I ordered & paid online but never ever received the pizza let alone my money back.With that being a small amount I ignored the matter but here I am again being robbed by Debonairs Raisethorpe of over R200 this time around"

Worst pizza joint under the sun!!!!!This is the second time I specifically order creamy chicken triple decker, I specifically ask for CREAM CHEESE and state it in capital letters and get mayo debonair sauce(,which we hate) on top of that we order wings and get boiled chicken with a bbq sauce over. I WILL NEVER ORDER Debonairs ever in my life again!!!!!!!! They are a total let down
