This store is forever offline. When I dipped in there to exchange 2 items and buy another, I was told to come back later because all their tills are freezing". I could not evens buy the other item because of this "freeze" issue. Their service is also extremely slow. So many tills

One till open, three people in the queue and a 15 minute wait. All this while there were 10 other staff members standing around having a conversation. I am not impressed. If I didn't specifically need the item I was there to purchase, I would have walked out.

Employees was very rude and they were on there phones whole time while i was taking to them, no respect and i am disappointed in there service. If there was a 0 star rating i would give that really!

I love their new stock of sliders for ladies,Very fashionable shoes, keep it up,them coming we would love to see them all the time...also the stuffs were very quick indeed...the que was long but i ddnt even see it,cos they were quick.

The absolute worse service I have ever received. The staff spoke ill about me (right in front of me) in a language they thought I did not understand (even though I did) and made me wait purposefully long and said to each other they are going to make me wait extra long, in this other language they thought I did not understand.

Went to exchange shoes that were too small for my daughter Walked around trying to find the shoes. Eventually had to ask for help when I was ubruplty told by the woman she doesn't work there in that section and called a guy over. He went on with the woman complaining about why doesn't she help... Doesnt she know where the shoes are. He went to the shoes, looked and said they don't have a size 11 and just walked off.Customer service sucks

Like honestly super hard working and friendly staff.But can the owners or managers not upgrade their machines? Waited over an hour to apply for a small loan.But their computers keep freezing? Like the people working here need better equipment?Please do your Jobs franchise owners!!!#mystershopper

If I could rate this branch 0 star, I would.Unfriendly and unhelpful staff that make you feel as though you are inconveniencing them by expecting basic customer service.
