Great experience. Manny was very helpful in mixing colours for some touch-up work and offered advice and insight into what was required.The lady at the counter was equally as friendly and welcoming. The items I bought were reasonably priced as well.

Poor Service, unfriendly manager and they NEVER have stock of the thing you want. Forget about walking in and getting a colour mixed here - you have to give them a couple of days notice...

A real lesson in turning a moment of misery into a moment of magic! We live at Atlantic Beach through in Melkbos - had my roof repainted just over two years ago - just recently got the proverbial notice from the home owners association saying my roof was the wrong colour! Seemed to have taken on a distinctive pink tinge - got onto Prominent who were stars - came out to inspect the same day - no ducking or diving - apparently there'd been a bad batch a few years ago and I was one of the unlucky ones - without pushing at all they got quotes to have this redone at their cost - and all now done and dusted! What a pleasure and makes the point of buying from a reputable supplier so well!Big thanks to David Levy from Prominent - cannot recommend more highly!

Always great service and friendly staff, willing to advise or assist where they can. Products are top notch and even more outstanding if you follow the exact instructions. They are my preferred paint and painting shop.

not impressed. the staff treat you as a side-thought. even to have 5l of colour tint requires 24 hours notice. they could learn business principlesinstead of falling back on the it's our way only

Went there to buy 5L paint. Waited 2 Days because they did not have the Base Paint available in store! When I went back to collect the paint I also asked for 2 x small sponge Rollers. Their price was over R90,00 for the rollers. I left without it and stopped at a hardware store two blocks away where I got the rollers for R26,90!!They have lost a future customer!
