The place is in a terrible state, used to be one of the best, but recently is the worst place to go to for lawn, everything is disorganized, the equipment is in terrible condition, always broken, just recently a number of customers had to be sent back because the machinery was broken and could not cut the grass, the place is frustrating.

Established Wholesale Nursery in business for over 35 years. We bought grass from Ingwenya. First batch was fine. Second batch was in a terrible condition, full of stones, dry and with dead sections. Company missed two appointments to come and view the lawn and then stopped answering our calls. We had to scrap over 100 square meters of their lawn. Untrustworthy company.

After numerous frustrating phone calls, I eventually received the ordered lawn 5 hours later than promised - most of the lawn was scrappy and falling apart and the delivery truck left oil all over my driveway.The Salesman did not even have the decency to respond to my subsequent emails, never mind apologise for the poor service.

How i wished i had looked at reviews before i purchased my Kikuyu grass from Ingwenya Instant Lawn SA. Avoid them like a plague as their grass is the worst purchase i have ever done.Grass was filled with weeds, had 4 different grass types delivered, when i only ordered Kikuyu grass. The coverage area wasn't what i paid for, as i got far less area to the 120Sqm i paid. Even the delivery of the grass was contracted and the grass was delivered poorly. I have never complained about a service from any company as my tolerance level is quite high, but this was so disappointing that i sent them an email immediately the grass was delivered after complaining to the delivery truck who just told me he was only to deliver and not part of the company.

Just called to get pricing for grass, however I was told they are closed and not interested . Terrible service.

WORST PURCHASE EVER! Placed an order , made the payment and were promised that the instant lawn is weed free and of good quality. After many frustrating phone calls, I eventually received the ordered lawn. As the sods are not delivered in a pallet but 'loose sods it is difficult to see immediately if all is in order with delivery. The lawns were infested with loads of different weeds and even worms.Very poor quality lawn. After 3 weeks of numerous phone calls and emails
