Insurance query. Have to self help. Wont be buying replacement phone here.

What a pathetic shop, a lot of customers will be lost by MTN due yo this useless shop and staff.

Can not give any stars. After 4 days i am still yet to sign a form, get credit check or receive my phones. Systems are always down. Even when there is only one customer in front of you, you will queue for an hour. Basically wait for weeks and maybe systems are online and maybe they call you and maybe you get your contract. Never seen anything like this store. If they close it down it will be a wi!!!!!

We upgraded our dongle. The assistant really tried her best ,but unfortunately there systems always down and to this day we haven't had feedback on some matters!!

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever encountered at any cell phone shop ever

Always offline! MTN towers are sporadic! Signal in my area has become troublesome and MTN have pathetic answers with no resolution!

So today was the second time that the gentleman representative has denied me service for all intent. Please do your company a favour, resign and do not pursue any occupation in which you need to deal with clients! No discussion about options, headstrong refusal of service. And for your information, I spoke to your other branches, literally everything you either claim cannot be done, or your demands are completely incorrect!

MTN - Useless, useless, useless, pathetically useless!!!! - Why is there no zero-star option? Would have been more appropriate! We have been trying to move my husband's phone number and contract from his dad's name to his own since my father in-law passed. I called, they said to come in and bring documents (I wrote the list down) sent my husband to MTN Village Mall Hartbeespoort with all the doc on the list. He gets there...no can't help, you need an extra doc. So, we get the doc, print and he heads back there a few weeks later. Nope...another doc added to the list. We get the doc, print and head back again after having to take leave from work to go to MTN. Again, get there...now there is 2 more docs required and of the docs on the 1st list no longer needed. Ok, print the docs, head there again today, wait outside for them to open. Walk in....O sorry, can't help you. Our system is offline. We have been to MTN shop FOUR TIMES now!!! And still the transfer is not done. This is absolutely ridiculous! And this is not the 1st time we have struggled with MTN and experienced the terrible service at MTN Village Mall. I honestly have no idea how this shop is still open! Time to switch to a new provider!

Unfriendly staff. Totally unhelpful. Everytime I say I will never go back and then I do, just to experience the same old unhelpful staff. This branch should not be an MTN branch. They are so unhappy you are to scared to ask a question while they are sitting down. Not even coming around the counter to help with device options. So I went to Vodacom and wow what service they have.
