Steeple is the way to go for selling and buying property. We had lots of people look at our home and we were the sellers, not some agent who knew absolutely nothing about the property. 2. Steeple helped me through the selling process by creating professional advertisements on a number of web platforms. They then channelled all the interested responders to my mailbox so I could contact them and arrange viewings. I did the hard yards in terms of face to face selling, and they did all the stuff I don’t know how to do, like creating an offer to purchase document, finding transfer attorneys and informing buyers of the success (or failure) of their offers. All this made it possible for me to market my property without the high fees normally associated with an agent, and gave me peace of mind in terms of the parts of selling which I know nothing about. If you want to sell your property without an official agent, this is a good way to go!
