The worst repair centre I've ever come across! My Samsung Galaxy Note 10 plus went in for a screen repair. Only for it to be returned to me which a chip on the back of the device. After further assessment my device was not sealed properly and half the device was opened. Since then my device has returned to IDROID for the 3rd time. continuously coming back with the same problem.After a month with no phone they requesting me to pay access to repair the additional damages on my device. WORST REPAIR CENTRE with no care for your device once its in there hands. HALF A STAR RATING NO STAR IF THE OPTION WAS AVAILABLE

Really thought that MTN insurance for repairs is but yet not after saw what their repair centre do to customers phone!First phone went for screen repair at Idroidlab on my insurance waited a month for the phone to came with defects that it didn't had when it went for repair, returned it again to fix the issue with the phone waited another month just to come back with one of their employees Samsung account locked to it and more defects than it had.Arrange for courier collection on MTN insurance, agent took forever to arrange collection and I waited just to find out no courier was arrangedAfter few times of getting info phone Samsung account tracker is active which means phone is being tracked, 3 weeks after got robbed and Idroidlab refuse to give me access to the account to see the last location of the device. Wanted to compare with the last location of the google find my device app.Don't believe in Idroidlab fixing phones, repaired my phones for quite sometime and no defects.So the 1 star is actually too much for the service I got and the job done to my phone.
