Excellent service. Delivers as promised

Their service was very poor. They kept my car for almost 2 months while they were fixing a very small scratches. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

I'm very angry with Alpha panel beater at Mpangeni.I went to fetch my vehicle yesterday&they told me about the battery that is flat.I need to buy new battery because I never use vehicle it for so long that why is flat,okey I understood.At work I found out that they stole the ford sign for okey holder.I also found out that they stole the remote battery for vehicle.I phoned Jordan,he said he's gonna come back to me,but he didn't.Afternoon the car was not starting&we tried to boost it did not work.I also found out that they change the battery,this one it too old&mine was new.I left the car at work&I took the taxi to home.I bought new battery for remote control.I found out that if I'm opening the boot with remote it bouncing,I can't close it.But I'm manually using my hand,I can close it.They stole the remote battery on purpose so that I won't see that they failed to fix the boot.I phoned Jordan again to tell him about the boot.I'm gonna take the further steps about this,I promise.

My car got painted with a different colourI'm disappointed with this place. Yes they fixed it but the explanation I got.. I don't even want to go there.

Staff are unfriendly. Well built establishment. If your customers are people that your dependent on for business, this place stl has a long way to go. Alpha Panel Beaters, you can do so much better than this. Especially the people at reception. You need to be more welcoming.

They are good, it's just one of the employee rob me by not fixing the new parts, and u had to take the car back to be fixed again. My experience with them was bad because of one person. Iam glad they chased him away. Let's hope everything is going well now.. I think it's time to respect our jobs

I am not happy at all about the service they provided they lie and it took them very long to finish my car, they were not updating me on the service had to call them now and again for things to be done and for them to lie on my face. Wouldnt recommend them at all

My car took forever to be fixed they didn't update me I had to follow them the staff not friendly at all I hope we'll never cross paths again but my car is perfect thanx
