I ordered stuff for my Delonghi coffee maker and my Philips pressure cooker. The company kept updating the information about the order, but the courier used did not follow instructions, as they were lucky that I got home virtually two minutes before they arrived. I did specify to call before delivery so that I could have made arrangements to get home before time. The Company itself is good in providing a service.

For several weeks I struggled to get a replacement part for my Hoover vacuum cleaner despite some stores like Verimatk promising to order it and then coming up with excuses and referring me elsewhere, I eventually arrived at this store and got the part I needed in 5 minutes. Great service.

PHENOMENAL QUALITY & SERVICE !!!I was in desperate need of a gas heater after moving into a very cold cottage that is in a valley. I searched on a few well know sites but the prices were out of my reach. I then found a refurbished DeLonghi 4200kw of the S&H Electronics website. After thinking about it for a while I decided to take the chance and purchase it. I ordered it on Sunday evening and it was fired up by Wednesday evening. Keeping in mind this heater traveled from Cape Town to Johannesburg in that time. The quality is outstanding, it looks brand new, I cannot belive it is a refurbished heater. I am so happy I could cry as it was an absolute steal. Thank you, S&H Electeonics, for my beautiful heater that I will cherish. I will definitely be keeping my eyes out for any bargains on your website as I know that your quality refurbished goods are exceptional. I highly recommend S&H Electronics, you will not be disappointed!

We left out DeLonghi coffee machine to this place on the 6 January 2023 for repair. Was told that they need 10 days to find a problem. After 10 days they told us that part must be ordered and will be in by 27 January. After 27 January, nobody contacted us about machine. My wife phoned and spent 10 minutes on the call to locate machine. They give us other date. After that they gave us Monday 13 February.When nobody contacted us on 13 February my wife sent few emails no reply. Yesterday she phoned lady said she will come back to us by end of the day. Nothing.Just now phoned again and after 20 minutes on the phone lady said maybe end of the next month.I don't know how you are operating business and why are you giving all this false promises.If you can't fix it let me know and I will find someone else or buy a new one.

I purchased Replacement parts for my Philips Series 7000 shaver from the S&H Electronics website on 2023-06-08. Two Philips Smartclean replacement pods(R334 each) and replacement heads(R899) - Total Value R1568.The items were delivered via courier on 2023-06-12. Upon opening the courier bag(before opening the actual items taped in bubble wrap) I noticed that the inside of the sealed courier bag was wet. I realized that some of the cleaning fluid must had leaked out of one of the pods.I then took photos of this, before opening the bubble wrap, and recorded the process of opening with a range of photos showing the cause of the leak being one of the pods. The manner in which the leaking pod(manufactured in 2021 and likely expired) was taped suggested that it was leaking at dispatch already and they tried to patch it up or that they have experienced leaking pods before and have tried to prevent it from leaking.I reported this via e-mail to S&H electronics including the series of photos and nature of the problem experienced requesting them how to remedy the issue with the one pod worth (R334). I received a reply from a Jamie advising that by accepting the package I certified that all is in order.I replied that this is not practical nor reasonable as I did not receive the package but a colleague did and secondly one cannot expect of a courier driver to wait around until you have opened every package delivered to confirm all is in order. He is merely the messenger and will not receive a package back after opened(I have some experience of this).S&H's response was that their T&Cs say that I must have checked - whereas I can accept that they need to cover themselves, I am out of pocket through no fault of my own with the packaging suggesting that they anticipated this problem. I gain no benefit from this and have no motive to lie about teh condition of receipt.Be warned - do not expect to be treated fairly by S&H electronics regardless of the circumstances. I have since noticed that they receive poor ratings all over(Hello Peter and google reviews). They are evidently a monopoly being the agents for a number of international electronics companies and it would appear there are no competitors. I have reported the matter to Philips whose agents they are.I will however not do business with S&H Electronics again. You have been warned.

Staff member that helped me not very helpful, and she was not friendly. When I phoned them yesterday, I got to an online service. Had to specially drive there just to hear that the spare part I wanted for the pressure cooker, because pot was still new, was not available. If I knew that beforehand I could have done something else.

Do not order spares from them! Absolutely terrible service. Website states estimated dispatch time 1-4 weeks.... I have been wating for 10 weeks so far, and they have absolutely no idea on when I can expect my item. When enquiring they only respond we are still awaiting the stock from our suppliers" with no indication on when they expect to receive it. I am preparing myself for not receiving it at all."

Absolutely terrible service. Doesn't notify the customer when goods are ready for collection then charges a storage fee just to add insult to injury! Never answer their phone so don't try calling. Would give 0 stars if possible! Go directly to the Philips agent in Johannesburg rather for better service!

We took our Delonghi coffee machine to them for a service. It was there for a month, loadshedding was partly to blame. But we phoned every Friday to get an update and waited for the phone to be answered for 20minutes…with every call. We were charged R800…when we eventually got back our machine, the original problem was unfixed.
