Best knowledge in the business

No product knowledge, quoted wrongly for usage. Needed to pay another R50,000.00 for careless money hungry business. 4 Months later my generator still cannot charge my battery bank. No after sale service, calls not answered and ignored. Shifting blame constantly. Worst company to deal with the owner Johan has no regard for you after he gets your money. His carelessness reaches so far that he almost burned down my premises with his lack of attention, started my generator in my container without even observing the surrounding area, burned a whole through my Diesel Drum and diesel flooded the Generator Exhaust causing unbelievable amounts of smoke almost setting the generator and premises alight if I didn't go and have a look. Always in a hurry and very poor workmanship. This stone will not be left unturned.#Consumer Protection Act#SueForLossOfIncome

No after sales service. Struggled three years to get the solar geyser to work that I bought from them. Between the supplier and the installer they keep on shifting blame. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. R17,000 wasted and still no sun powered hot water. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
