Useless useless!! It has been 8 months after installing solar and we still get a estimate bill every month exactly the same as before the solar!! It does not even help to phone because it looks like the people working there have launch 24/7!!

We have been without. Power 3 times this week due to the red phase being out. It takes a very long time to replace fuse. We have been out since Thursday evening. logged calls which get closed as resolved and we still Don't have power in randpark ridge ext 16. Some people that are on single phase have part power and the people on 3 phase have nothing. The transformer is in mimosa Street. Can someone please help to restore power.

After seeing all the negative ratings on google review, I dreaded going there to sort out a problem with my pre-paid that was blocked. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived and there were no lines. Walked in and was assisted immediately by a very friendly Thoriso. He was efficient and sorted my problem out with no hassles. Thank you Thoriso, I hope you get a raise.

Can never get a hold of them! Power in Sonneglans has been out since 8am its now after 11am on the 8th of November 21. Useless! We always experiencing issues like this regarding water and electricity.

The only thing this planet has to offer that is more useless than City Power is the government behind them. The absolute worst service in history. Completely ignoring customers, not delivering on repair time estimates, not delivering actual repairs that last, not delivering electricity. Their engineers are unprofessional and not competent enough to replace a standard light bulb. The existence of this company is an insult to everyone who has, is, and will live.
