I was referred to Gavin at constantiaberg diesel and was impressed that he felt that the problem I had was 80% not what I was told it might be. He could've said he'd check and do a job and charge me or ask to do the job that the referring mechanic could do, but he didn't.If you want an honest place, with someone who I felt was reliable and knowledgeable, then this is it.I can't speak to the level of work or service but that small interaction was all I needed to know about using them in the future.Just be aware that Google maps may lead you one road over. I had to call to find the workshop.

Took r Merc 220d for service. Great service, efficient and very well priced. Would definitely recommend Gavin and team.

Based on all these reviews regarding this place and referral by many people to use Gavin, we decided to use them, unfortunately our experience has been the worst by far, expecting it to be top service because that's what we were told it would be they had our vehicle since February and still today it is still not driving, every couple of weeks another problem suddenly occurred and more money to be paid. Unfortunately that is our experience

Good service but take too much time ones vehicle

This is the first review that I have written in my life. The service was just so poor that I have to warn others about this business. I spent R12000 to fix the fuel pump of my Ford Ranger. Within two days of collecting it, it was once again having issues. I took it back to the mechanic who refused to take responsibility, not even wanting to look at the vehicle. Less than a month later, my car stands in my garage, totalled. I recommend that you find another diesel mechanic in your area. Please
