We started using the 1Tick online indemnity over the December peak holiday season and it has worked well.We were able to tweak the form to our needs, and most customers were able to complete it without a problem.I just love the fact that I was not printing reams of forms every other day, then having to file and store them for years gathering dust. All the information is readily available online at the click of a button.

I filled in this form when on the Fynbos Trail recently and since then I was interested in using online indemnity forms for my business as well. Theunis has been available and very helpful in getting everything all set up and running smoothly. The price is very fair, it’s easy to use and I absolutely LOVE not having to use paper anymore (even though I am not very tech savvy). The ability to write notes and store the info on the back end is also hugely beneficial to my business. I’m looking forward to using this service for many years to come. Thanks 1Tick! ✔️

What an amazing applicationThe staff at 1 Tick were always Friendly, helpful and professional.1 Tick was used on our Film Production of up to 250 crew members1 Tick Helped monitor, when and where film crew checked in and record their temperature complying with Covid-19 regulations.Not only that, crew, were required to answer a quick questioner (questions were easily changed as required) and the data, was easily transferred to excel which was then cross-referenced to crew lists.An Excellent product, which I recommend and will use again in the future

1Tick online indemnity and information check in is saving me hours on admin. Once all our hikers have completed their respective forms, I export it to one spreadsheet which I can share with the different accommodation establishments containing all vital info ie dietary requirements, room sharing, contact info, medical info together with the signed indemnity.

1Tick is such an awesome tool and has definitely made things easier when it comes to indemnities and Covid track & trace. Its simple to use and my guests enjoy the paperless check-in forms. The team at 1Tick are great and the after sales service is excellent. And now with the POPI Act coming into force, it’s even more reason for us to keep using 1Tick, as I know that the indemnities are stored securely and safely.. Thanks Theunis and Johan for this wonderful product and I would most certainly recommend your company to anyone that is looking for something like this.
