Excellent technical support, speedy & concise enough for the non-tech savvy to understand & be able to solve problems remotely. Truly appreciate the chance to manage my own website with easy-to-use software included in the most cost-effective package. For a microscopic business keeping costs manageable is crucial, and SA Domain has helped me with that for many yrs. Good communication of pending conformity changes / updates. Timeous reminders when renewals are due for payment, so I don't end up with a big backlog mess nobody wants to take responsibility for.

I'm so grateful and impressed with the service given by the support team and Loula last night.I made a payment around 16:30 and sent to Loula via mail after her working hours to reactivate my account.When I got home I realized that I had no connection , so I sent the support team a message via whatsapp but they informed the can't do much I must contact the accounts department in the morning.I said can't they assist as I need to work in the evening and I need wi-fi .20 minutes later my wi-fi was up and running .THANK YOU SO MUCH TEAM ...MUCH APPRECIATED

I have been with SA Domain for over ten years, I have been loyal and been through many hiccups and rode the waves of thier incompetence.Since the 3rd of March I have had issues with my site. I have logged a million tickets, gone through hell and back!They fix the problem and I have access for a few hours and back to not being able to log in or even see my site!I have paid adverts directing to my site, noone can open or see my work.I am so sick and tired of the fight!If you are thinking about hosting with this company, I would think really hard, read the shocking reviews and go somewhere else, don't waste your time.They simply do not care about the customer!
