Tldr; great place to do your covid-19 testing.The place is well located in the city with easy access using public transportation. It can be reached by using Route 3 block 8" minibus from either CBD or Airport Junction.The service is not always helpful when contacted online an usually responds pretty slow

As a covid patient requesting assistance I was appalled by the customer service over the phone and the way I was spoken to. You need to do better; understanding that your clients are sick people in need of care. It costs nothing to be polite.

Very good service. Fast turn around time with Covid test. The nurses which come out are friendly, they put you at ease and reassure you that everything will be fine. They are willing to go out of their way to assist in many ways whether you are a local or foreigner. 10/10.

The service is great. COVID PCR results are out same day or within 2hrs. Results are also emailed. They also send results to the airline, dependent on the airline one is using.

I recently had a negative experience with Diagnofarm's service and customer support. It's disappointing to see that there are no competitors in the market to provide customers with alternative options. I believe that healthy competition is crucial for companies to improve their services and pricing. Therefore, it would be beneficial if the authorities took steps to invite other companies to the market, which would ultimately improve the quality of service for customers.

I needed a COVID PCR test in Gaborone and had a great experience with Diagnofirm. They were easy to contact via WhatsApp and made a house call to my apartment on short notice. The provider was very quick and professional. It cost 735 bwp for a PCR test, with no extra fee for the home visit. The results were available via email within 6-7 hours. I would highly recommend this company and service.
