Your Busamed Paardevlei staff is absolutely not a good example of how people should be treated. Rude, definitely needs a refresher course on how to deal with the paying public. I would expect this behaviour from a government department.Now for my 5 stars. In the end I went to your branch at Day Cure Paardevlei. Gary and Priscilla are outstanding examples of how people should be treated. Kindness, compassion, helpful, and caring. Amazing people! I would like to thank them from the bottom of my heart.As for Busamed Paardevlei receptionist. Remember, people react to the way they are being treated. Me walking out and getting upset and frustrated was a reflection on how I was treated.

Amazing service, really friendly and professional staff and great atmosphere all around. Thank you! There was a bit of a mixup with my appointment as I wanted to book at the branch in Busamed. I phoned using the number provided for that clinic on their website but when I arrived it seemed I had been booked at Vergelegen instead. The staff was quick to help and assisted me without any issues at Busamed. Thanks again!

Called to request some info with regards to having an ultra sound scan done. The friendly gentleman put me through to a lady to enquire. She had no etiquette and was extremely rude. Whilst asking her if they have any slots available and the area that needs to be scanned, she cut me off asking for my referral letter. I again tried and she cut me off. I asked her to email me so that I may respond with my referral letter and she refused. I told her I was driving and couldnt write or type. She said, Well then you just have to call back".Next time when people call to enquire then you bloody tell them that you have no etiquette and customer service because you will not entertain any questions.I will definitley not recomend this place to anyone.This is actually not a 1 star rating but rather a warning. Winelands Radiology does not understand that they are dealing with patients."

Hurry up and wait. No use arriving on time for your scheduled appointment, you will wait about an hour, some of it spent back and forth on admin, and some of it in the actual examination room waiting for the doctor. I was also surprised to find out only after getting there that hospital plan patients have to pay in full *before* any service. They could have mentioned it the day before during the call to confirm the appointment.At least the actual medical staff are friendly and helpful.Update: they sent out the complete medical report promptly after my scan, so I'm bumping my review up to 3 stars.

I was not looking forward to my appointment at Winelands Radiology at the Vergelegen hospital in SomersetWest. The usual filling out forms, sitting and waiting and waiting and waiting!But this was a very pleasant experience from plenty of parking outside, friendly and prompt check-in and less that 5 minutes wait and a further 5 minutes before the x-ray itself. In all less than 20 minutes and very friendly and helpful staff. Keep up the the great service!

Very poor service from the Ultrasound dept. There is no sense of urgency, long waiting times on the phone- and being transferred from person to person. The “I will call you back later never happens”

On the two occasions that I've been here they made me wait 40 minutes before calling my name. (Appointment was for 13:30, got called at 14:10 today)The actual service is probably adequate, but burning 40 minutes of your time habitually is not good in my opinion.
