Bought the breakfast wrap.Definitely not worth the R90. It had just a few morsels of the sausage, literally a quarter of a normal breakfast banger.How can the price be justified for what one gets...a bit of egg, some leaves, and a wrap.

Five minutes after placing by order I was informed they had run out of strawberries for the breakfast bowl. This was at midday. They are situated in a major shopping mall. It can't be that difficult to maintain adequate stocks for the day.I asked for a little extra of everything else, including yogurt, as compensation but was told they had to check at the back"."

The food was well prepared and tasted good. Staff were friendly and we did not wait long for the food to be served. All food is organic and free range.

Visited Gateway today.Mall was extremely empty.Met with a very Rude crowd at Kauai.We sat at a table in the food court, and was chased away by a Rude Staff member. I have just DETETED THE KAUAI APP FROM MY MOBILE AND WILL NOT SUPPORT A.BUSINES THAY TREATS PATRONS THIS WAY.

Just ordered spicy burrito and the cream cheese is off. What a waste of money. Previous sit in client was telling 1 of the girls that the food is rotten and she laughed it off unfortunately so was my wrap.

Quick service at the till. Prices are a but high seems R175 per person. Seating is limited. And quite tight at times. Have their own kid menu. You would use the wave house park. The food was good. Steaks was done well and had a nice kick. But the superfood smoothie was almost like liquid cardboard. But it must be that level of healthy which is not my level. The knife was blunt and for steak and the wrap it needed sharper edge.

The store was quite spacious and clean. The service was good, the staff was friendly. The smoothie was delicious. I love that they are eco friendly too.

Not sure if this is the right Kauai. I ordered inside Gateway Mall across from the Factorie clothing store. I ordered the new chia smoothie; which I've had twice before. We got a random, milky pink smoothie with chia seeds thrown in it but it was far from what the smoothie was usually like. I went to let the staff members know that it wasn't the same and got a blank response. Surely every branch should make the same version of the same smoothie? I was told that it was because I had from a different branch. This is the second time from this particular Kauai that a smoothie differed entirely from other branches. I mentioned that the one I usually got was better and the employer responded with Well I made it.". That is not helpful nor was there any form of an actual conversation. I felt like I was talking to a wall. Very disappointed.Below I provided an image of what it usually like. The one I recieved was milky and the flavor was completely different."

Great service from the till point. The lady even wished me a happy birthday. The lady who served me my drink gave me such a poor service, no greeting me or anything.
