Without a doubt one of the best wholesalers around! Have been buying from them for years and they always have great delivery times and delivery speeds. Their prices are amazing and I have never had a problem with them. They also now have their own ordering system which is something that is truly amazing and helpful!

Phoned at 16:51 (Closing at 17:00) was Nr 1 in queue at accounts dept. Held on until 16:56. Was cut off twice and then 16:59 closed. Other pharmaceutical suppliers render better service...08/02/2023

I have been a client of City Medical/Letangs for the past 30 years. I have now retired from private practice, and have a credit with City Medical of a few thousand rand. I have been in constant contact for the past six months, and keep receiving promises that I will be paid what is due to me. I now sadly have no other option other than to get legal advice with regards to this matter, as I have to date still not been paid.

Absolutely pathetic customer service and communication, if the company is busy and can manage orders and queries employ more people instead of making us wait on the line with no answer and customer service promising to get back but never does!!!

Lot of products out of stock all the time, personnel at orders have got no knowledge of drugs can't even give you an alternative for products that are out of stock, no pharmacist in a big pharmaceutical like that it's appalling. Might as well hire even gardeners to run the business.
