Was told it would take about 25min when we placed our order. 45min later when we enquired about our food, we were told that they were only just starting. Understand that everyone has days when things go wrong, but then manage customers’ expectations. Especially if they indicate that they have limited time and another commitment

Fish, chips, calamari was not good at all. Very bland and tasteless.The worst our entire family ever had, the place looked so promising, but after waiting for 40 minutes, expecting the food to at least taste great was a let down.

Visited them in July 2022. Excellent service and delicious food. Wide variety of frozen fish options. Chess was extremely knowledgeable re all the frozen items and items on the menu.
