Could not be more happy, Elliott Mobility was one of the cheapest and they could help me to move at an earlier date compared to others. Not a single thing was broken or missing. No scratches or dents on any of my appliances. Friendly staff and the move was done efficiently. I will use Elliott Mobility again in the future.

I used Elliott’s to travel from the Western Cape, South Africa to Australia. What a pleasant experience. I was helped, and kept informed, the whole way through. My container left South Africa on 23 November and arrived in Australia at the end of December. It was delayed by a backlog at customs but no drama with any of my goods and was ready for delivery on 22 February. I would highly recommend Elliott Mobility and their Australian connection Kent Relocation.

Elliott is amazingly hopeless. I had the same experience as Paula. Belongings went 'missing', broken, scratched, dented - whatever you can imagine. There were two different crews so checking the van when they left was physically impossible. I advised that I wanted some items fingerprinted because the container I packed was left but nothing was inside the container. They responded by saying 4 people would be given a polygraph 3 working days ago. Still not heard anything. The one side of the base of my Queen sized bed was ripped. Giving them a 1 star rating was because they arrived on time.

Appallingly bad service!!! if you care at all about your belongings steer clear of this company . They are the antithesis of a professional moving company. Whilst transporting my entire household goods from JHB to CT , Elliot managed to badly damaged several of my belongings (incl custom-made dining table, imported wooden furniture , one of beds, armchairs etc). In addition several items were missing including a valuable painting , some of my wine collection etc. Elliott's response to this incident has been to immediately deny any liability and instruct me to go claim from my insurer. No apologies, no investigation into the missing items nothing! if the system allowed for a ZERO star rating that is precisely what I would have awarded them.

I went with Elliot for shipping my goods from South Africa to Australia (despite the fact that their quote for the job was higher than that of several other companies I contacted), based largely on the fact that some of the cheaper companies I contacted are reported to regularly request more money than initially quoted while your goods are in transit, only to experience Elliot doing just that, when they requested a further R5,000, JUST before my goods arrived in Australia!

Elliott’s moved our household goods from Johannesburg to Cape Town. We were appalled at the state it was received in. Furniture wasn’t wrapped, they dismantled antique pieces without approval, scratched, damaged and SO much was squashed and broken. That excludes the missing goods!They take NO responsibility. I will NEVER use them again or recommend their service.

All staff we dealt with was only friendly and professional and very responsive, Ashleigh, Bongani and their packing team made moving a pleasure in comparison to the nightmare it usually is! Thanks for your friendliness, patience, efficiency and professionalism!

Elliott did a removal for one of our customers, the removal team had a very bad attitude - told us how unorganized we are because its not their job to fetch our trolleys so that they can use it. Very unprofessional staff, will not recommend anybody to use this removal company. A very arrogant guy had the audacity telling me as Manager how to run the business - please people be careful for this company!!!!
