Hi,We always order at red rooster because we enjoy their food but payday is truly the worst day to visit this restaurant. I get that it's their busiest day but the service is terrible and you end up waiting an hour + for your food. I always call before to place my order but when I arrive I still end up waiting another hour. When I call they always tell me 30-35 minutes but that's a lie. This has happened more than twice now. I suggest the manager works on a better dynamic for days like these.

Low key wanted to gatekeep this place but I actually can't. I'm not really a burger person and usually go in for pizza, and their pizza is good. The other day though, I ended up ordering the crumbed chicken baconator burger and OMG. Best burger I have tasted in years and years.

Ordered chicken wraps Friday night 25.11.22 only to find a very fresh wriggly green worm in it. Logged a complaint but to date nobody bothered getting back to me with an apology. I will not buy food from your eatery again! Your restaurant looks all fancy but your food quality needs work as it was evident the lettuce used had not been rinsed! Pathetic service.

Fantastic meal with great prices. I highly recommend trying them out. You can taste and see it is done with quality produce and great staff who are friendly too

Worst pizza ever. Arrived ICE COLD, not even luke warm. Driver wanted a tip yet I included it in my payment. They almost forgot the base (I like a thin base but not this thin where you have to eat it with a spoon. Sides were burnt.

My husband ordered and collected. Worst pizza ever. Normally their pizzas are amazing. Something has changed. Nought puzza and clips. Threw chips away, inedible, tasted like they had been warmed up several times. Pizza terrible. Will not go back

Great pizzas. Sunday night special is great for the family and they have been very accommodating to our requests (vegetarian substitutions). Service is also very friendly, can get busy and then do expect to wait a little longer for the woodfired pizzas as the pizza oven gets busy!
