If you go for a Discovery Check only one lady can initiate it. They fail to tell you that she’ll be on lunch from 11am when you phone ahead for details on the Discovery Check. Wasted my time, thanks.

They seem thorough enough in their work. Calling to check progress was bordering rude from whoever answered the phone though. And asking to pay whilst they finished the final bit of work was met with that same borderline rudeness. No complimentary coffee / amazing customer service as other reviews claim...
