HDHD Air Conditioning (Sun heating and cooling)

Never go with this company. Owner seems to be difficult and their after service on its product is non existent. Very unreliable with demotivated staff. I would take your money elsewhere.

Good heater provider

We asked 3 companies to look at our house to install air conditioning for our tricky situation, and these guys were the only ones who sent us a quote - the others chickened out. Not only that though, Sun were very responsive to our questions, and respected both our unusual choices and our independent calculations regarding the model and size of units we wanted. When it came time to make a deposit, they were not pushy or aggressive at all, and gave us time to sort things out on our end. They also upgraded us for free to a model .5kW stronger when it turned out our first choice had a long delay to be back in stock. The workers who came in were also great guys, and knew what they were doing. Afterwards, when one of the units had an issue, Sun were very quick to get their technicians back out to look at the problem and fix it quickly, even with the complexity of our setup. Also, on top of installing the new units for us, they even threw in free servicing for our existing aircon units. It was a great experience all round and the aircon works really well, got exactly what we wanted - great energy efficient aircon. Made the end of summer so much more bearable! (Late Feb 2020)

Initially we received what appeared to be good service, however once we paid for the initial installation we really struggled to get help with issues. Promises to get back to us were broken many times and we still have an issue with our kitchen vent not working - months after the the work was done. We have given up contacting them as this has no effect. We will have to go elsewhere to get the issue resolved. If you use this company make sure the job is perfect before paying in full, otherwise you are bound to have to deal with frustration and a lack of integrity. Really unhappy customer!
