Outstanding experience. Clean and ordered campus. Great learning spaces and informed orientation staff. Definitely recommend this campus for a safe and worthwhile study experience.

Disappointed by institution for not refunding me after my son deregistered in February but until now no one says anything about refunding me as I had already paid the deposit. My understanding was that they would take 10% of the tuition fees from the money paid but no response to my emails. Wish to know why am I ignored.

Incompetent. Their system is a total waste of valuable time and money. Vp and student advisors are never available. Logging in tickets and they don’t reply. For a private college they are useless. Nobody was able to assist us with our problem.

I am a online student at VC, studying a Bcom in entrepreneurship. ( this is my review based on my first year, currently in my second ) honestly VC are so delayed and backlogged with helping the online students it’s not even funny. You can log a ticket or phone it’s the same outcome ( 4-8 day wait ) once you get a reply it feels so generic. We are met with some great online tutors and when I say “some” I mean some. Out of my 8 tutors I’ve come across only 3 seem extremely happy and satisfied with been a lecturer at VC. The rest are just “vomiting” out the work and just marking what you “vomit” back at them, there is no constructive communication or comments from the tutors I have now. The students however that I’ve met so far are fantastic. VC please take care of your online students as equally as you do for students in person.

zero stars. if negative starts were an option, it’d be -5 stars. the level of service delivery makes the south african govt look like a saint. if you guys don’t want to waste money, don’t go to varsity college!!

The administration, Finance and student portals are all very frustrating! logging tickets is fruitless. The departments are clearly not communicating. The new student portal is very frustrating. Modules are incorrect. Thus is very stressfull for students . Having 2 sons trying to register and apply for student loans has been a very long and frustrating process. Students are paying a huge amount of money to attend but for a business to be run in this way is a bit of a shock.

Pretty chilled. Just watch out for the block road near the entrance.

Excellent sports facilities and clubhouse is one of the best

Pleased that this is my daughter's final year and I will not be having to deal with the inefficiency of VC Durban North . Last straw is trying to contact the credit control department and call not answered by main switchboard - I have been trying now for 15 minutes ...
