A wholesome adventure in Somerset West. This pub is one of the pubs to visit at least once while you are here.A great place to watch sports as they have several channels available at the same time.Not a lot of safe parking so I would advise getting a lift here.

Me and a few friends went for a drink there and we were thrown out by the bouncer when we didn't even make trouble. And he refused me to fetch my phone at the bar and I had to go back the next morning to fetch it after nobody knew anything about the phone. The owner was very helpful and I appreciate it but if I didn't keep on asking for my phone the bouncer probably would have stolen it coz when I got it back eventually after the owner called the bouncer to come in I had 106 missed calls and he couldn't even pick up 1 call just to say that he's got my phone and it's safe.

If you are new people just look at you no greetings, they make you feel like you are a stranger in a wrong place where you are not supposed to be.

Last night a friend I brought to this establishment, phone was stolen out of her bag. Came today to see the footage, first no mouse for the PC that was last night,ok. Today waited on a call from the manager, arrived at 2 after not receiving a call. Enquired about the footage,was told should wait on the manager she arrives at 5 but I can call her. Manager was called,told she will speak to the boss as his busy and she can't call him as he has the code . We should return tomorrow morning this being 1st December. Ohk ordered food ☝️ after waiting almost a whole day for assistance. Food came ribs and chips. No source, vinger,salt . Could not be served decently like before . The standard of this establishment has surely dropped. Note this is my go to place a place I've admired definitely disappointment.

An original style pub with plenty of character. A live band was playing, that added to the atmosphere- dancing space too!They didn't have Guinness, which disappointed me. Nevertheless, a great experience.
