Couldn't be happier. James is personable and efficient. Great job. Even drove 5km away to collect and bring me about 20 spare roof tiles as he noticed a number were cracked (not by him). Took away my old huge hot water system. Would highly recommend. Great to chat to.

My husband and I have used James on three different occasions now, and on this particular occasion today, he has been an absolute gem! After our bathroom reno went terribly wrong, we were left with a leaking, lop sided basin with kinked hoses, among other problems. We sent James pictures via text and he responded promptly and took the time out to come and inspect the damage. He explained clearly what needed to be done, gave us a very reasonable price and came back the same afternoon to carry out the work. After a month of chasing up the other plumber who left us with this disgraceful outcome, I can now walk into my bathroom and be 100% happy and it looks exactly as I imagined it would in my mind. James has always been on time, super friendly and professional, but most importantly, honest and competent and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

James answered my call immediately on a Sunday afternoon and came and did the repair first thing on Monday morning. He was excellent in his troubleshooting and found the problem straight away. Looking forward to using him next time.

Gas cook top would not ignite did not click any more. It turns out the power board extension got switched off. Don't know how that happened.James spent 15 to 20 minutes at most, increased the gas flow which was OK and charged us $110.00 .The average price for half an hour on Google is $90.00. My wife and I feel that we were over charged, as we are Seniors perhaps $50.00 would be appropriate. We will know next time?
