I just bought all in one feast and i realised when i got home that no mash and graveys were added but when i asked the cashier whats included in the feast she mentioned the mash and gravey but im having dry food without mash and gravey

Place always too full so you wait very long either drive thru or inside, service very poor almost lost it yesterday waited almost an hour, not going there again, you buy food and you must still wait in line to get yo meal, sometimes they call out number other times not, big confusion going on there, dissapointed by the service

Poor communication, Speedpoint not working on drive thru,had to get off the car and go pay at the counter after waiting for a long time in a drive thru. Then we are being told about being shortstaff when we asked, why is there no one communicating with customers informing customers about the speedpoint issue. Portions of my order,2 side breasts and a drumstick. What's that honestly.

I bought food there and the meat had rotten something oozing from it. Unfortunately I bit into the meat and the bitter taste that flooded my mouth was APPALLING. I’m seriously dented from this and I hope I don’t get sick from whatever it was that came out of that meat.That meat was disgusting. I could not continue eating the rest of the food. My money gone down the drain.

Only went there 2 times and the service was astonishing I had to rate this time around. It's true this is one of the fastest service I've ever witnessed.

Great service here. The staff is very friendly and quite helpful. The lady who was assisting me, I think her name is Vuyo, went the extra mile to even go check for me at the back, if they didn't have a coke zero buddy. When she didn't find it, she made suggestions of what I can get instead.
