Useless service. I Sold and settled my car on the 5th of May 2023 and they debited my account again on the 25th for the same car. Now my bank account is in arrears and I have to pay a R400 extra penalty because of Westbank's incompetence. I requested a refund on Thursday already and up till now they have not reversed the payment. Avoid at all costs for financing

Don't even deserve 1 star!!!! Been waiting since September 2022 for car papers I paid courier fees to have them delivered as well as paid for change of ownership, have all my emails, sent many emails made many calls and now today they're escalating it, absolutely shocking. Rather get finance from ABSA my papers were delivered free of charge literally withing a week of the car been settled.

I have only ever financed my vehicles with WesBank, but after really poor service and a very unfair outcome, I will never go through them for financing ever again. After more than a decade I am no longer a WesBank client. Of the 10+ people I have spoken to over the past couple of days only one was helpful, kind, and solution oriented. For shame WesBank! For shame!

Horrible service. If you call their office, you will hear whoever dealing with your matter is on holiday and when they tell you that you can hear people laughing in background and the person talking to me laughing with them. They don't have proper supervision. You cannot do business with these people. Its so far from service at FNB you cannot imagine the companies are affiliated. At least this has been my experience the last year.

If i could give you a zero i would. I applied for vehicle finance to purchase a new car. After a week of giving me the run around you come back with a Finance offer requesting 76% of the value of the car as deposit plus an interest rate that is 3% above prime lending.To say i am shocked and disappointed is an understatement. Considering my credit rating is actually very high (all green) based on my most recent credit report from TPN, I was intending to pay to pay a quarter of the value of the car as deposit and I have the financial liquidity to afford the monthly payments. How do you arrive at such a ridiculous offer? Was it not better to just say no than to insult me this way?To think the regional manager (Wiseman) who i heard was dealing with this could in the end sign off on such an offer is astounding.I cannot find any other reason than to feel it’s because I am a foreigner and this has xenophobic connotations. Anyway thank you for the experience,

Applied online for vehicle finance, approved in minutes. Thank You and Well done!!However when you contact them to seek clarity on the offered interest rate and T&C's of the deal you are told sorry we can not give you that info

Such poor service. My car been writtenoff in December. Insurance settled my account. It took several emails before I finally got the settlement letter. I am under debt review and they paid over my car premium twice after the account has been settled. Debt rescue did come back to me and told me the refund should come from Wesbank. It is now more than a week after they they said they will come back to me. I am STILL waiting!!!!!

Worst service ever. Financed 5 vehicles with them, never missed a payment, been battling for a month to get license papers from them and they always take a week or more to respond to an email. Been sent from pillar to post and no clear indication who can help. They must have Telkom staff as the service is similar, or shall we rather say, non existent.
