If you are looking for a Certificate of Compliance for the sale of your home or a reliable honest electrician then this is not the one for you. Expect to be charged for work that has not been done, expect to have a number of issues with your installation even though a certificate of compliance has been issued, expect to be ignored when you request the work to be properly done. We were charged for work this electrician never did. The electrical installation is NOT safe and we can’t get him to come back or even acknowledge our calls, mails, messages. This is one big scam artist so stay clear of him. NEVER give him any work to do. You WILL be ripped off.
