Clicks Pharmacy Parkview

Thank you Portia from Clicks Parkview for excellent customer service. I was waiting on a parcel to be delivered to the branch for collection. Portia took my contact details and assured me she will contact me as soon as the parcel has arrived. (I was very reluctant to believe her)She kept her promise and rendered excellent customer service!!!Thank you Portia, you are a cut above the rest.

I really don't understand why I must wait to get help when I am literally the second person in the queue. There's always so much waiting going on with a store full of attendants. Awful. Get your act together!

Terrible service. Pharmacy is extremely slow and never heard of the term Customer Service. They advertise services they are not even aware of (Drop & Collect).

0 stars if that it was an option. My child fell in your store today due to uneven shelving in the store, and screamed her lungs out. Not one staff member bothered to assist or see how they could help, possibly offer an emergency kit. We the go to the pharmacy section and ask for any assistance and an emergency kit, then being told that there isn't much in the kit, so they can't really help.I asked to speak to the manager, who simply didn't know how to handle the situation, his reaction, 'mmmmmm, ok.....ummmmm, yes...'No let's see how we can help, we apologise or any any show of 'we care for our clients or people in general.' THANKS FOR THE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE CLICKS.

Probably the most useless Clicks there is. They are always late and never open at 09:00Pharmacist and assistants extremely rude.

I have had several experiences where the promotions are not updated at the till or the displays on promotions are misleading. I've realized that its their sneaky way of increasing their sales. The pharmacy service is poor too.

Terrible service. The pharmacists seems to only be there because they must be, as if its such inconvenience to help a customer.

If i could give a zero i would...wasted time and petrol to drive there seeing as they dont know how phones work just to get there to find out they dont do vaccination for covid even though marketing material is all over their walls saying they do...the phone was constantly ringing while i was there and brought it under managements attention...yes i was rude but if you dont care standard service than i wont mind my manners...Clicks HO seriously needs to investigate this branch for poor service and train their staff on how to answer a phone seeing as no one there knows what a phone is...absolutely shocking in today's day and age...will never see me at this branch again

Unfortunately can't do less than one star.40 minutes for a script... Only one till open...

Nobody answers the phones in this store. I have been trying to call for days. I have been in contact with a positive Covid case and I do not want to go to the store, but I need my medication. I also do not get the sms that asks if I want my medication delivered. Not happy!
