Please be aware of this company!!!! They are not a reputable courier company! They will tell you that they are but only broker other courier companies and is blatantly dishonest about it. Numerous times they booked my items with courier guy double charged me and my items was broken. The worst part was that I found this out from my customers after I promised that we do not use courier guy. They did not take responsibility for the damages and left me in disgrace with my client. To explain the matter further they loaned money from me to pay their their van. I prepaid my account to help their cashflow and to ease the workload of constant payments only to find out that they were keeping my items back as they have debt at all their suppliers. They witheld my clients parcels illegally as they we counting" on the business even before the transaction was confirmed or the quote was accepted. I had to get law enforcement involved to get my items back. The owner will claims that he is a christian but what he has done to me is absolutely criminal. I still have a credit with them that they can not refund me for and can not afford to do the business as per the agreement. They then made up false invoices to cover their debt to me. This is nothing other than theft. I have never in my life seen any business operate like this. Please do not be scammed by this company as I have been.
