Incredible Connection Somerset

Went to the shop on Saturday to do an upgrade on a MTN contract nobody in the shop to do it. Today guess what just a blunt we can not do any upgrades punt klaar no apology no how else can we help, just nothing. Well normally due to over pricing I avoid the shop but this was the final fare well

Bad service. I struggled to get through by calling. My call was answered and then disconnected. I called back from a different number and they finally answered after many attempts. The guy I spoke to after telling him about the call problems I've experienced called me back from his personal cell number, which tells me they have caller ID yet didn't get to me after my call got disconnected and after I've obviously tried a number of times to phone them. He assured me about a laptop I wanted to buy, after I explained that I am gathering information as it is quite a distance to travel just to enquire, as I wanted to know that my trip would be worth it. I get to the store only for them to tell me they have no stock on the very same product he recommended to me, making my store visit a futile exercise.I regret not trying another store the moment I was experiencing call issues with them. And they seem absolutely unbothered.

Had the best experience - Jonathan, the guy who helped me, save my day. Friendly and packed with smiles and we could feel his positive energy. Walked in and took us exactly 11 min to buy the product I needed. Wish I could give that man a Bells.Keep up the GREAT service.

Such a pleasant experience today at IC Somersetwest Mall.The moment I entered the store I was assisted by the manager, who introduced me to the expert on invertors and he was guiding me to the exact product my family required and after my purchase the manager checked in on me again and gave me more tips and guidance for future upgrades.Very happy customer that will return anytime.

incredible connection somerset mall, I'm disappointed with your service really. I wanted to apply for Credit through you but this whole process is just way to tedious. I applied online and was provisionally approved. What is the point of applying online yet still having to take all your documents to a store. I went to the store and was advised the system is down. I let the provisional approval lapse. This was 2 months ago. Applied again online and was provisionally approved again, this time I first called to find out if your systems was up but guess what it was down again. Only this time your machine is broken and this is the only machine that works apparently. For a tech company this is a very bad look. The agent- Nirvana referred me to go to HiFi Corp to do the application as they are affiliated. This is a massive inconvenience to the customer in general. How can you only have one machine. How do you make money and conduct business. The lack on conviction and knowledge your staff has is bad. I was in the store 3 days ago to buy a product and again I was disappointed. They never even had a cashier on duty to accept cash so I had to pay by card (What if I never had this). I have just consistently been disappointed by the service and will no longer be making use of your services.
