Arrived at 16:30 to collect a very important parcel but it was already closed and then the ladies walked away and got inside the office while I was standing at the door. On the it is written that the shop closes at 17:00. Had to rush all the way from work through the traffic just to get there in time. Seriously?

I went to the store around 15:30 only to find it closed. I wanted to collect a very important package hence I was inconvenienced. The empty apologies in the review section are tiring because they don't even attempt to better their services. They must just close the store because clearly they do not intend to work.

Bad... Customers have been standing outside since supposed opening time. They keep wiping a clean floor infront of us. A man complained, no one attended to him they just gave him some sort of a whatever" look and they proceeded wetting the mops and wiping."
