Very very long wait times! The staff seem to not have knowledge of all the possible products that the company offers and it felt as if they kept making me call someone to help me. Going into a store to then sit on a phone line that they initially wanted me to pay for on my cellphone. Wouldn’t suggest coming here

I've received excellent service from the staff and management at this store. The store is also very neat and modern. Everyone is well educated and they take the time to explain things and also ask if you need clarity. Keep up the good work!

So after 3 visits we were finally able to sort out our issue. The new upgraded store is a lot better than the previous one.Seems to get busy once load shedding complete and there is not adequate comfortable seating. They have a retail like store that needs to become more of a lifestyle type store considering the people that go there.Elderly are not really catered for as far as seating is concerned.Manager is cool. Staff need some training.

The manager Mr.M.Baroodien makes himself available to speak to clients, if needs be, but for the most part the staff are pretty knowledgeable and eager to help. They do not make those of us who are not tech savvy feel like fools. I've come across Telkom desks in shopping malls where staff only want to sell and do not have patience with senior citizens

Nice staff. The current young manager is pretty awesome. The location has improved, although one can't pay bills here anymore (crime prevention).. I hate the actual company Telekom. So the staff here do some justice, in my opinion.

This used to be a good branch. Now every time I come to purchase something halfway through the process it I get Sorry sir our system is down" - every time. Imagine trying to sell a product and that is the response. I am still waiting for the message to let me know the system is up again and I can collect."
