Why do we need to beg for ketchup??!!!Every time I order on mrD or Uber eats I always write on the notes that they should include ketchup but that gets ignored!I also bought the soul fire bottle but that didn’t get delivered, so now I have to raw dawg everything I ordered!!!!It is so frustrating to eat those dry chips with no ketchup especially when you’ve paid good money for it! DO BETTER!!!!

I entered into Chicken Licken Plaza Gardens, and was treated so horribly by a staff member called Zanele, she had lied and said that her name was phindele. She was not wearing a name tag.I am a male, Indian that speaks English, She then spoke to me in Zulu and when I said I'm sorry I don't understand you, she then became extremely aggressive towards me and said can't I speak my language " in english. I had said that I don't mind you speaking "your language" being Zulu but I cannot understand you. I wanted to use the toilet but she had denied me access because she said that I must order food first

Ordered food via Uber eats worth almost r800, driver didn't deliver it and the shop did nothing to help me, had to fight my own battles to get a refund from Uber which l got , called the shop they took my number and said they will also share the driver's number who collected my food but it never happened

My friends and myself ordered the chicken wings snack and it was fresh and really goodthe only disappointment was that we had to wait 20 minutes for it.

I ordered my food and they told me to wait for 15 minutes. 15 minutes turned into 40 minutes of waiting and seeing people get in and get out with food while I'm still waiting for mine. They prioritised online orders over the people who physically came to the store. VERY POOR SERVICE.
