I've had to change my rating because of the girl who was working at the till taking out her issues on the customers during load shedding. She was chewing gum while serving customers and was unnecessarily rude. I didn't catch her name but she has a bad attitude and shouldn't be serving customers. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she should have been moved to another duty or something, not out front snapping at customers

Most workers there are super friendly. Other's have that - no smile - look, which can be a little intimidating. I have not had any bad service though. They offer delivery and one can order to collect.

Bad service and attitude from the delivery guy and the employees I spoke to over the phone when I complained about the fact that I got ice cold pizza, and then had to wait another hour and a half for them to deliver my pepsi which they forgot to deliver with the food. The delivery guy was very rude and thought it was funny and that said to me it's fine you dont have to order from us again""

Roman's Pizza in Sinoville, have friendly staff, the shop was nice and clean and no queue on a Saterday evening at all. I ordered at the counter and my order was ready within 15 minutes from time of order until I received my order.

Placed an order through phone. When I get there only to find the order was not captured. Manager quickly assisted, when order was ready the ladies couldn't give out order as they were arguing as to why orders placed before me were still outstanding
