I've always had a great exciting shopping experience in this branch. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable with most of their products. Customer service is great. The only problem is long queues during month end which seem to be a problem with most of their stores. I suppose the online route should be well promoted and effectively advertised, made plain and simple to avoid the queues

Came to pick up a prescription and the wait was too long not enough tellers please improve your service we are not here to park and sit as if we have nothing to do. Imagine an hour to get assistance????

On 17/06/2023 l booked a child for clinic services. The lady over the phone/call centre was friendly and sister Ntombi at the clinic. I must say l wish l was told over the phone that the child ID number will be a pre-requisite for clinic assistance. Moreover to be told that a 2 & a half child can only be seen by a doctor. Therefore the fee l was told was misleading. If l did not make a plan regarding ID l was going to be returned back without being served. Yet l stay very far.

Briefly. Went to Clicks pharmacy, was number 9 in the queue, was out of there in 12 minutes. Went to Dischem immediately after, was number 4 in the queue, was out of the in 30 mins! Extremely slow!

A health care facility with a no care attitude. I think they should just close shop. Their website says they close at 7. But come 5, the door is shut. And they claim they are no saints who will do everyone who claims emergency favours. Wow. Just down. You are only there for profit not to serve the community

My grandmother gets her chronic medication sent to Dischem Maponya Mall every month and suddenly the levy has increased to over R900. When I try to call and speak to someone in pharmacy to sort it out and I speak to Matumi who is supposed to be the assistant manager was rude condisending and disrespectful and no help. He said if I need help I need to go into the store myself ad they cannot send me an email.

I dont understand why the Nurse cuts peole before 4pm but it states that she closes at 5pm. i am extremely dissapointed as i was returned 4 times. no apologies and no explaination....the lady `customer consultant` tried to find out why the nurse refuses to see people she was answered rudely.
