Hi, thanks for the prompt response, however, I would like to set the record straight, It doesn't sound logical that my daughter walked into your store and started picking on your religion. In fact when my daughter questioned you about your 10% charge on returned goods and pointed out that it was against the CPA, you became upset and started picking on a child and hurt her feelings. I suppose it made you feel real proud and powerful to pick on a little girl who was merely questioning why you charged 10% for goods returned in its original packaging a few days after purchasing. To refresh your memory, you started playing music on your cellphone while she was speaking to you and all she said was you have are extremely rude and you are listening to gospel music". That is indeed ironic.We may not be an important customer as we spent a few hundred rands at your store and I know you don't need our business. You might be owning the store but your wealth does not give you the right to be rude to anyone. This is one person who will never come back to your store. I pray that your kids don't get treated in the same manner as it's not a good experience. Please don't bother to respond and remember that Indians are taken advantage of because there is no unity amongst them. You have yourself a blessed evening sir."

Friendly but the process is a bit delayed..they could work on this

Very poor service.After sales experience has not been good.I have been waiting for months on statements for payment - POP (for prepaid electricity and water) from liza force so the service provider can release monies to me.These payments and statements are dating back to October 2021.Staff keep contacting us to say it will be done but never does.Every week is the same phone call or email, we will supply the statements (proof of payment) next week""

Excellent customer service. Friendly staff. Best place to save money on good quality electrical and lighting goods. Keep up the good work guys. Will definitely keep shopping at Lizaforce.

The LizaForce staff are super nice. All my electrical needs were met at this awesome store. I had a basic idea of what i needed and they were on point to assist and their advise was great. Thank you guys , my electrical renovations just became so much less stressful because of Team Lizaforce.
